I hope to open this topic for all who have problems to unlock and flash these models and share experiences, it is necessary to make backups of EEPROMs and flash backups to enhance support for infinity, here in mexico some of us have struggled to unlock these phones by hardware diversity of each model, for example 1075 has three different hardware models, and expose those who have been successful

Did you tried to use flash files from Infinity-Box support area ?

How to fix problems with support area:

1. Try to login in support area again
2. Read error messages very carefully and follow by advices that you can see in support area
3. Try to login in another support area mirror
4. Read error messages very carefully and follow by advices that you can see in support area

If you are sure that you have read and understand everything that was written in support area well but problem still exist please, follow the next instruction:

1. Run DongleManager
2. Make "Read S/N" operation
3. Copy text with full dongle details from DongleManager and send dongle details (and detailed problem description) to
[email protected] so we will be able to check what is wrong.

Don't forget to include in your mail detailed information what is the problem with your dongle.

As I can see your "MZ2" has MT6228 CPU, but flash files in support area is for MT6227 CPU.
Do not try to flash your phone !

At first double check, what is your phone model name, post here full text from phone back label.

Also, then run "ChineseMiracle" software, select "NAND" and read firmware.
Send backup file (or link) to [email protected]
