There is a log that "simply says" something. Copy/paste it here.
and you should post full details about model but not "Motorola phone old phones".

Hi

It’s stated Motorola w377 Or Motorola w375
Also why you need log
When you know that it’s very simple
When u open the tool what you will see
That is
No connection between box and phone
So I don’t know is that log that important when you stater the tools
You know what log you get

However this is the log
COM55 [VCP1] selected
module v1.38
Loading data, wait...
Device: Motorola-W377
Action: unlock
Press Power button now !

Whatever I do is not make connection to the phone
I tried 2 set rg45 cable
For must Motorola phone I have this problem
Can do with other phones lg Sony

yes you are right, it's very simple !
if you see nothing after "Press Power button now !" it means you have something wrong with cable.
you must double check cable and try again. do you have cable picture ?
result ?

if you ask about Panasonic cable I think your problem is really woth wrong cable selection.
just run Infinity-Box Shell, select your model and you will see pinout for legacy Motorola models.

you can try all 3-pin cables like at your photo.
in some cases you must cut connector plastic so connector fit well

Hi
Just want to let you know even after cutting the bit of cable still not any luck
I’m not sure what to do else !
What ever I do change setting com port even using different box com port still not connecting it’s not only one Motorola all Motorola phone
So we can say all this phone can’t be faulty
There should be something wrong with mu box !
Or something wrong with my hmodule tool

What phone do you talk exactly ?
f.e. for W375 you must use Moto01 module but not HModule.

How about to install Infinity-Box Shell at least now ?
