Motorola W375 restart with sim, & without sim ok - GSM-Forum

Hi

Motorola w375 restart with sim , & without sim its working perfectly.

without sim 112 calling is successful.

Plz help how to solve this.

What i have tried is :

1. format ffs
2. full flash with ver. 0.0.72 & 0.0.77 , (as reffered in manual)

but no success.

plz help.

did you asked to your customer , what he done with that w375 exactly before its in problem ?
and 2ndly i have same experience that some w375 had hardware problem that why they doing that
and 3rdly i hope you will solve your problem with writing flex_locked_repair_restart files
if you don't have let me know i will upload it

& DO THE FLASH , & LET U KNOW THE RESULT.

i tried w375_Flex_AY_002_Locked_216-30.34F file from infinity support area, but now

set showing only Motorola start-up logo & shutdown.

plz help infinity team.

firstly try with software then try to work in network sectiion.

do complete flash

Firmware + flex_locked_repair_restart or Repair Flex + Language Pack

and after Motorola start-up logo & shutdown. did you try to formatffs + unlock ?
