My Dongle is Blocked and misconfigured!

Hello infinity Box Team,
I got a problem in my infinity dongle last several days!
I contacted you along this period and it's not solved till now, I hope you fix that issue as soon as possible because I work on it everyday, and I want to know how to avoid that kind of frustrating problems in the future! because I don't really feel safe with my dongle if that problem happens again due to a virus in my PC! I hope you pay attention to my suggestion

I have been asked that question and I told that I debug nothing and maybe it's been debugged somehow because my PC was full of virus!

Hello,
Actually, it was bunch of stupid infected cracks most of them are fake and intended to inject PC of virus, such as volcano!(fake), FlyCaptain Huawei(infected), octopus samsung 1.6.5(infected), that's why I had to disable my Anti-Virus to try them and My PC affected! Please solve my problem block as soon as possible because I depend on my infinity Dongle everyday and I activated it on CM2 and BEST, I hardly ignore it!

As I know listed software have no any relation with debugger.
Anything else was running ?

some protection scanners, like PEID and others, if I should format my PC I can do sir!

- Run DongleManager
- Update Dongle firmware now ONLY ONE TIME


- DO NOT update Smart-Card many times otherwise your account will be locked automatically after 3 tries
- DO NOT use any kind of usb sharing/trace/spy/debug software to avoid problem with Dongle !

Hello,

To avoid software conflicts in future please do not use "Realterm" at the same time with Infinity software.

What to do now:
- Install latest Infinity software updates
- Run DongleManager.exe
- Update Dongle firmware
