my dongle dammaged after 1 year updates/support


hello plz help me i decide to bay 120 credit
Main Infinity-Box 1 year updates/support

after dongle manager upgrade i cant work with infinity and best dongle

all is stopped

i lost credit + my dongle

now my card cant detect with my software plz help me

In most cases we can repair dongle after update failure so do not worry.

Also, do you have another Smart-Card reader ?
As I can see you have used OMNIKEY CardReader, but for best results I suggest to use simple e-gate card reader for Main Infinity-Box Smart Cards.

im contact with support but


to get result must open the tray for me because when i make upgrade only 1 time

and waiting 2 --3 day to tray

whay not let me tray many time

Smart-Card upgrade procedure is not a game but very serious process that require many special knowledge and good understanding of process.
You must follow the given instructions exactly, do not try 1000 times but inform our supporters about current results after each update try.
