This is due to a conflict in the drivers, ftdibus you need reinstall

follow this instructions step by step to slove this problrm 1-open device manager on ur pc and click right on usb serial port while you connect infinity box in pc and choice un install driver then re install it while you re install drivers you will see massage (yes,no,no to all) choice no and finish all will be done post result if not slove it

first u click right buton in MY COMPUTER then properties then hardware ten device maneger then port . u see whice port in infinity port block , then click on that port in right buton then update driver then select INSTAL FROM A LIST OR SPACEFIC LOCATION ( ADVANCED) then click next then select DON'T SEARCH ,I WILL CHOSE THE DRIVER TO INSTALL then click next then u see in the box USB SERIAL /USB SERIAL CONVERTER , select it then click HAVE DISK then click browse then u show there this location ((C:\Program Files\InfinityBox\Drivers\Cable\FTDIBUS)) then click ok then next then contineu any way then FINISH.

THEN RESTART UR COMPUTER

HOPE U WILL SUCCESS
