N82 china dual sim how to flash? detected new firmware - GSM-Forum

Have here N82 dual sim white screen only. Need to know procedure how to flash this unit. Pinouts are in the board bellow the sim holders. it has gnd,rxA, txB,txA,rxb. when ever i face new firmware detected i find flash file in support area

I have received file, thank you.
Please, send also "backup_system_log.." (as you can see in instruction given by software it was need to send two files but not only one) so we can make support for this firmware in next update and you will be able to flash another phones with this firmware.

File was checked and no any problems found in firmware. So now you have 2 ways:
1. check phone hardware, revball flash, CPU.
2. try to find another similar firmware versions and flash your phone.

Dear Infinity support there is no similar flash file in support site. Tried this flash file :CM_Nokia-N82-2sim_N82F_PCB01_GPRS_MT6226_S01.N82F_00_10_16m_En_ Ru_Fr_Es_Th_Vn_Ar.B0M
but same result unit is white screen only. Mayabe need to flash 2nd flash chip also. I will try if i can read back up of 2nd flash chip using rxB and txb. will post result.

I talk not about flash or eeprom backup, but about "backup_system_log..." file. It's small file that was created during flash read process and this file contaain some important information about phone.

@kungpaoski
you need to flash 1st CPU but NOT 2nd to solve "white screen" problem.
You must use similar files (with similar firmware version) and try several flash files.

Thanks a lot, all files received.

I double checked your problem description in mail and I think that you need to try to flash phone with different flash files (similar firmware versions).
If it will be no luck after several different firmware files I think you have a reason to check phone hardware (probably reball CPU chip).
