N82i keypad prob - GSM-Forum

i get N82i keypad prob after push some keys freezes & even pwr key dont

pwr off si need remove batt

full flash & ffs same prob

clean keypad same prob

i dont have schematics can i have help

is it sofware or hard

hello!

If format FFS and flashing with good working flash file did not help- this is hardware problem

If phone have touchscreen then open the phone and disconnect touchscreen points from PCB and check if keys work well?
In most cases on chinese phones a damaged touchscreen also causes the keypad stop working.
After that plz post result here.
