when this phone came to me it was imei damaged 13xxxxxxxx
after safe format and imei rebuilding (i have used any imei because the phone ticket label was broken) the phone works like a charm one day after the customer come back to me with the same situation before imei damaged
same operation done by me the phone back to working condition after another day the customer return to me withe same phone situation my question what should i do
make a full flash or what ?thank you (all phones before after rebuilding imei and format work for a long time except this phone)

worth to try flashing
make full backup for emergency case

am i obliged to flash the eprom area also or just the firmware part will do the job ?

after 6 days same thing imei damaged again any other solution please ?

Hello,

If you have repaired imei but phone become damaged again after several days you have a good reson to check phone hardware, f.e. reball flash chip.
