Probably it's not so old, but I don't think we have a reason to make support for it.

what are your reasons in supporting phones ? unsupportable by other boxes is it true or false

We have our own reasons to make or not to make this or that model.
F.e. we have no reason to support Sendo because it's very old models, we have no reasons to support Nokia because these models supported by many other boxes etc. etc.
You have asked a question about N500 and N411i support, you have got an answer.

If you still want to see these models supported we will be glad to receive from you these two models for research (phones in good working conditions with not blocked unlock counters and sp-locked of course).
If you want to make us a present and send these models to our programmers for research we will try to make solution but we can 't guarantee when solution will be ready (if it will be ready, maybe it will be impossible to make solution).

So, we are waiting for phones from you.

1. we can make solution
