Need help in dm-verity error - GSM-Forum

model colors p95
cpu mt6739
after full flash by cm2 and also by sp flash tool this message appear when phone boot .

This is hardware problem or software please advice me.

DM-VERITY is a part of Android Verified Boot system, which checks complete system integrity.
Read with memory tool following file : expdb , cache.
Pack them with 7zip and upload for check. In some of next updates we will activate automatic analyzing for such things.

I had carefuly check whole info, boot chain ( main - till LK ) isn't have any problem.
Device have:
1. some damaged (?) key
2. charge issues (?)
WP flag is not set.

Advise : Flash with FLASH ERASE.
Advise : Use FW read from GOOD device or Factory-provided

If after still failed - it HW. eMMC may be in semi-dead condition.

Problem solve by same file version mt2. Erase whole flash and flash.
