trying to update box firmware give this error

Card-Reader: Gemalto e-gate Smart Card 0
Box/Dongle type: inf
Locating server...
Server address found
Connecting to server
Connection to server failedSocket Error # 11001
Host not found.

well i have manage to solve the problem coz it was manager problem. now the problem is that when i run mtk software it say this version 0.120 es no suported plz update your firmware .
when i try to update my firmware the manager say that my firmware is up to date and no need to run update any more.

plz help with this

Hello,
To be able to use latest CM2 modules and support area you need to renew support.

Two Options Available:

1. FREE: Chinese Miracle-2 v 0.XX (Test Version)

2. Not Free: Chinese Miracle-2 v 1.XX (Release) + New Updates/Support

So if you want to use Test versions you can use for free but if you want to use latest support you need to buy 1 year support.
So select what you required.
