Newbie on infinity box and pinfinder pls help.. - GSM-Forum

Hi to everybody, Im a newbie on infinity box and pin finder box i have already paired the boxes and i already tried infinity box to unlock LG KP 220 and it seems to be ok cause the phone is already unlock. My next step is to try my infinity box with pinfinder using chinese miracle phones but my problem goes like this when i press and hold power button there is no reaction what went wrong with this? can anyone help me with this? the chinaphone i tried is N73 the cable i use is DKU LP14f. Can anyone help? thanks...

Hello,

If phone can not be detected by software in most cases it's a problem with pinout (wrong Rx and Tx).
What Rx and Tx you have selected in PinFinder ?

Hello,

I tried using Pinfinder automatic but it fails to detect, so i use Pin selector Manual using rx7, tx6 still the same no reaction, i already tried to reverse rx6, tx7 still no luck. Any other idea sir to detect my phone from the pinfinder in infinity?

Did you tried to unlock KP220 with PinFinder as a cable or not ?

Hello,

No sir i unlock it directly with the infinity box. I also tried to detect Alcatel s210 using pinfinder still no luck. by the way alcatel s210 has no problem it is a brand new phone i just want it to detect using pinfinder to determine whether it will detect or not. Have i done something wrong on installation or pairing the two? All i know sir is that i follow all the instruction given in the manual. I tried 3 brand new phones using pinfinder still no luck namely Alcatel S210, 6300 chinese nokia, k880 chinese miracle. Any idea sir i run out of options.

Hello,

Thank you very much sir, I already tested my pinfinder after you said "self test". The mobile phone i tried is CECT T689 and the problem of it is "reboot/restart/freez with SIM card". So therefore my pinfinder is ok. But i'm not yet done with my N73 and 5310 both are chinese miracle probably the i just didn't get the right TX and RX.
