Nokia 2 ta-1029 blinking on recovery tried to flash but got this error

hello every one i got a nokia 2 which is blinking on recovery when pressing power button set power on with power by andriod then goes to recovery and then blinks some time i see andriod robot for a second then it goes to black screen and blinking recovery screen here are best logos tried to short test points and tried to flash but got this error
