Note 4 N910u Problem - GSM-Forum

Hi support, please help how to resolve my Note 4 N910u Clone(Mt6852). Before I clean user data, I backup first the firmware(monkey virus infected). Then after clean user data, the phone is no menu. Then I flash the backup files but same problem(the phone is no menu and other errors). How to resolve this or to restore the first status of the phone? Here's the log info:

Hello.
Seems as there is something was in UserData part.
Chinese makers sometimes make phones, which works until first format. That rare cases, but they exists.
If there is a possibility - try install any available launcher. That should help.
