Hello,

As we can see, some phones has some problems after unlock, it depends on network operator.
We are working about solution for this kind of problem.

For newest Alcatel models (f.e. 203, 708, V541 etc.) that freez/reboot after sp-unlock:

1. use "MModule" software v3.22 or newer
2. use "Write" button from software "Service" page and write original imei (from phone back label)
3. make "sp-unlock"
