Hi I`m new infinity user and need help!
how to put language in alcatel ot 209 - what I need to thick flash file or customization/language pack( I download 209X-2BVNRS1-76T_XM76CYB2_JRD23_NEP_08A_PCB01_GSM_MT6223_S00.MA UI_08A_W08_36_SP1_V28_F1_2010-09-08_En_De_Srpski_Sh_Sl.B0M.bin)

well since no one wont to help just for everyone i find solution, thick firmware and thick ffs format-works. cheers!

Yes, to change language you have to write firmware file only.
