You can flash phone with f.e. 203A-2BRGDO4-37E_XM37NS31_JRD23_NEP_08A_PCB01_GSM_MT6223_S00.MA UI_08A_W08_36_SP1_V28_F1_2009-09-01_En_Fr_Es_It_Pt_Orange-Dominicana.B0M.bin firmware and phone will be alive but locked again.

I am sure that after flashing with one of these firmware phone can power-on, so at least you can return phone that is power-on.

I did not understand what is the problem exactly.

If you talk about problems with "imei repair": this problem exist for some phones types, for some phones it's not possible to repair imei yet, but we hope to release updated solution on days.

This phone can not be killed forever by software.

Just charge battery, flash phone with any firmware from support and phone will be alive for sure.

Imei FFF...: - it's just an error with imei detection, it's not serious, software just can not read imei, tthis FFF is NOT affect to phone functionality

For newest Alcatel models that freez/reboot after sp-unlock:

1. use "MModule" software v3.22 or newer
2. use "Write" button from software "Service" page and write original imei (from phone back label)
3. make "sp-unlock"
