hello the team

i have a problem afer unlock a sfr 261 , he said me insert the card sim .

and the original card don't pass and it s a big problem because i have 2 phone with this problem.

in the support area they don't have a flash files

can you help quickly ?

Hello,

What you have tried to do with phone exactly ?
Post here operation log.

Did you tested phone before unlock ?

Did you tried to make 112/emergency call w/o sim card ? What is the results ?

Excuse me , it s not a problem with the unloc. I insert the sim card in the wrong way .

Sorry. The phone is now unlock and it s a good box with a good support.
