Use Reset UserLock (data will be safe)

Seems as it android 6+ - then it mean only reset possible. Will add detection in next versions.

backup full emmc first, bin format on flash tab, then you can try to fix it while you have the whole emmc content as backup. when the phone is alive you can try to reflash it with the backup file to restore its content, but i didnt guarantee when you write it the phone isnt going back to bootloop state because you read it while the phone is on bootloop state. but if the data is THAT important, your priority is to backup the whole emmc content first. then you can try to fix it. goodluck.
