yes friend you don't need any cable if you have pinfinder.

Hello,

Please, download latest PinFinder manual: http://www.infinity-box.biz/download..._PinFinder.pdf

You will see detailed description (with many pictures and examples).

You need to have Infinity-Box dongle connected to PC to use PinFinder, you can use any unlock/flash software with PinFinder.
