Pinfinder can't be detected :( - GSM-Forum

Hello infinity team the best one!!

I have a problem with my pinfinder

it was working very good but the day before yesterday i try to connected to unlock utstarcom 1208 but pinfinder now can not be detected and i do not why

i install againg all the software and drivers and always drop the same problem

here you can see some images.

Now i do not know where is the problem i do not know if my infinity box is the problem or just pinfinder?

Here you can see that infinity box is at COM19:

But Pinfinder can not be detected

Drivers are ok but as i told you before pinfinder was working very good just the day before yesterday dropme that problem

In this pic you can see that pinfinder is turn it on.

hello!

yes please tell us if this cable is from infinity box package?
if yes- check with multimeter (resistance measuring) if all 8 wires has good connection between each other ends

Thank you so much for answering to my problem, the cable is from infinity box package here you can see a pic, unfortunately all 8 wires from cable has good connection

Check the Pin Finder power cable.Repair a.nd reconnect them. Your pinfinder will work

brother i had a problem like this but when i bought another cable my problem solved 100%
am sure that is cable .change cable and tell me

Unfortunately it is not a cable problem

i have a friend who has infinity box + pinfinder and my cable conect his pinfinder very well, so i found the problem is my infinity box

but i do not know where is the problem maybe you can give some solution??

hello!

i think it is better to exchange this box under warranty conditions.
but if you already opened warranty seals it is worth to inspect soldering inside box.
few days back i repaired one box. there was shortcutted two processor legs.
