pinfinder problem


dear supporter
i just recieve pinfinder from ipmart and i try it
its cannot detect pinout for some phone i try some like known phone "anycool d66" its good
but when i try unkown its didnt detect it but other tool like "donsson smart " detect it fast here is reading from pinfinder

software version: 1.09
cable type: 2x7 (L14B)
platform: SPD: Spreadtrum
searching adapter at COM3...
adapter found, version: 2000
pins: 14, plain
power cycles: 1
activation cycles: 10
power-off delay: 20
start Rx/Tx: 1/1
Loading configuration...
Initializing...
Press and HOLD phone Power button now (not required but recommended) !
detecting pins...
failed to detect pins
time required: 20 sec
Power Off !


and here is reading from donsson smart

Auto-sense ID user guide:
1.Auto-verify the phone ID type
2.Please notice any help information after your clicking any key.
Auto-verify the phone ID type,please hold on the phone key!...
Scan succeed! Elapsed time: 8 sec.
Current phone chip is Spreadtrum
>>>RXD = 8, TXD = 10, VCC = 2, GND = 12


i hope to fix this problem with next update
and i'll test more phones and bost it here to improve the pinfinder ore and more
and look for the time need it to read

pls download latest pinfinder s/w & install it
in that thereis a pdf file there is a detail to shaort a diode in u infinity box do it & box will find out all pinouts u want

Probably your phone has new CPU chip type that is not supported yet by PinFinder.
