i have a problem with my box it always pop uping the unrecognized usb device i already try another pc but the same problem i bougth this last january

and there is no comport

but i can go thru support and download files and updates

help me infinity team

Hello,

It looks like unibox (FTDI) chip is damaged.
What is your box history ?
What you tried to do with box last time ?

the last time i remember is i only upgrade the shell uninstall then install, after it i do nothing, how can i resolve this please help

If you only "install/reinstall" this means that you has no ability to damage your box, so just reinstall drivers and everything should be Ok.

But if you tried to connect Rx/Tx/Gnd box wires to any PCB you may damage your box and you must replace FT232 chip (or use another unibox or cables).
Search in this forum by word "FT232" helps you for sure.

What was the unlock process results and what cable you have used ?

i dont have the cable so pinout, 1st pinout was wrong i reverse the rx to tx, but i unlock succefully
here it is

i know this is the last time i use my box

Glad to see screenshot from last unlock process. Not so many people make screenshots from each unlock process results...

I think you have a reason to open box and check it's hardware (f.e. FT232 chip). Don't forget to talk with your reseller before you open box.

ok, thanks you so much infinity team, and 1 thing more i can still use it just yesterday i unlock c261 using com1 (T191) cable and it works

Yes, this means that Infinity-Box smart-card is Ok but only usb-com port converter (cable part of box) not works well. So you can use Infinity-Box software without any problems with any other cables.
