read general information

and

when i make
read full flash
give me
COM6 [VCP0] selected

eeprom backup enabled, it may takes several minutes !

Boot...
Press and HOLD Power button now !
baud autodetection active

in case of initial connection problem: on/off "Boot baudrate autoselect" box.

what is problem

Hello,

You must use Rx/Tx/Gnd cable but not USB cable.
