[HELP] Arc Mobile TV 403D Write Error , code 0x000!

Hello there, I have issue on wrting firmware on this one guys, newbie user here.

im using the CPU Platform
SP: Auto [6571..6595] ..... nand|eMMC

* I have done backingup the Mobile firmware with the same CPU Platform mode.
* I tried write the backup I made using the same cpu mode and the writing firmware is successful.

but I can't write a different firmware for TV403D
and the firmware that can't write using CM2 is successful in SPflash tool.

any suggestion guys and tips on how to I solve my issue on CM2? I don't think that the firmware I got is damage since its working in sp flash tool.

thank you.

There might be some changes made by Firmware Vendor.

what do you mean by firmware vendor? is the Android developer or the Mobile Manufacturer had change the algorithm of the firmware that's why cm2 can't write correctly the firmware to the phone? or maybe I had the incorrect firmware that incompatible to cm2? because the scatter firmware I use is successfully written using a different Application (free app actually) but I have issue on using CM2. I manage to solve few mobile phone problem only for using free apps (not crack but free) so I wonder if its worth it to use paid apps. cause I'd rather choose free apps if this is more reliable than paid apps.

im actually a month old on mobile servicing that's why I want to understand more about CM2 how it works, I am also looking for training center locally to further learn about different Mobile Service Application.

thank you for your response

I have not tried yet on using older version and about the USB, Im using at least 1.8m USB cable and tried using it with SP Flash tool and the writing is successful but not in CM2 so in my conclusion there is nothing problem with the length of cable I used, or maybe I will try your tip in the next problem I will encounter. since the issue for this certain mobile phone is already solved by other flashing tool. I want to get some information from the developer team or any expert in mobile servicing like you. so that my skill proficiency on mobile servicing to too will be increase.

thank you for the reply and other response will be highly appreciated.
