hi everybody i have infinity box purchase before 6 months . reseller said me only 3 month warranty . box working perfect but i try 2 unlock 1 mobile with infinity box . when i connect with pc i feel burn smell then box also lots of heat up then i disconnect from pc . thn i try 2 connect again . download support area working . but port not show . in device manager also & in infnity soft also .

reseller said u hav 2 change interface . is thr any way 2 repair interface . which ic or part responsible for port not showing .
waiting for solution pls replyyyyyyy infinity support .

Hello,

You have 2 ways:
1. you can use your danaged box juas as a dongle (protection unit) and you can use any other cable as an interface
2. you can open box and replace FT232 chip. It's a quite popular chip, can be found in any shop with electronic parts.
You can get more information about FT232 chip if you will make "search" in current thread.

infinity support pls show me exact part ft232 chip with snap short and mark that exact chip . so i can easily change that chip .

Hello,

Different type of boxes may have different FT232 chip types (last letters after FT232...).
Post here your box PCB photo so we will be able to check it.
