it's seems to be phone doesn't enter to the test mode.
do you see some light or logo on phone display, during the calibration process?

try to
complete format and power on phone again power off phone, then do calibration again.

best way is read out full flash and use Touchsceen calibration mode- AUTO

Done with AUTO mode with full flash read file but same log as in starting post of this thread.

what cable you use for this.
If you use pinfinder, please use direct cable with unibox and give 4.5v to the phone.
then start the calibration.
