plz help me i want set up infinity we have download from suport area but that is not work in my computer mean im cont unpak from winrer

Please, tell me what is exact error text you can see during unpack process.

Also, what files you have downloaded ?
Is it was one big file or 10 smaller parts ?

all 10 part but problem

i had alredy also downloaded the big files sir but it has an error during in unpacking..
