One of my clients has problem with the bluetooth of his chinese HiPhone.

He said that he turn on the bluetooth, and when it's trying to transfer or receive a file, the phone reset.

What could it be?

Did you tried to make "format ffs" with Infinity-Box ?

No, I didn't try because I don't have the phone right now... do you think this could be fixed formating it?

phone's file system got damaged.
it must be formated in order to repair this phone
