usb serial converter not start this material.
impossible install usb and serial com port

You can program your box with files from support area: \software\utilities\unibox

Hello,

You need to uninstall all FTDI drivers, then install latest FT82xx drivers from FTDI site and try again.

What type of drivers you have tried to install, FT82xx or VCP ?

To locate the drivers you want to install for a device, select which of the driver types you wish to use (VCP or D2XX) and then locate the appropriate operating systems. With the exception of Windows 98 and Windows ME, all devices are supported in each driver package.
