problem with x700 phone lock - GSM-Forum

i try to unlock this fone that has fone code i try to to take it to testmode it worked but could not unlock and i try to to take it out of test mode the test mode refuse to go even when i remove the battery the phone when power always go to test mode please i need help thank you
