I have an Infinity box slim
when I press unlock in soft or any operation it doesn't connect to phone
the red light is on but the green light doesn't blink as usual its always off
I connect it in a fresh installation of windows the same thing!

please any idea?

What phone you have tried to unlock ?
What was happened before box stop to work ?

I try to unlock J100 sonyericsson
before it was ok I format N95 8GB

Hello,

If you have tried to flash Chinese phone there is a big chance that you have used not correct cable.wires and it may be that box become damaged due to wrong wires connection.
In this situaton you need to open box andc check it's hardware (f.e. check FT232 chip), also you can try to use any other cable, not only Infinity-Box unibox.
