QMobile E990 MTK6260 Invalid IMEI cant not be repaired in Normal and Service Mode

I have a QMobile E990 MTK6260 Formatted for resetting user code it become invalid IMEI tried to repair in service mode and Normal mode but couldn't repaired .
In service mode it gives Error but in Normal CM2 can not detect its Modem or port .

After wasting a few hours I find out that latest version has bug and I could repaired easily with Version 1.35 :
