I select Panasonic GD55 in QModule 2.11 and no unlock button on the Service tab... It's bug or not?

it's not an bug
only you press reset sittings to unlock this phone

It's not a bug.
For sp-unlock write Map file in phone.
For user code unlock: make as Mr. Zinoubinabil suggested.
