Hello.
Does any AntiVirus software installed and running?
It may block software.
Also make sure about latest RDA drivers are installed.

only native AV from microsoft MSE but excluded files and location c\:infinityBox excluded processes c\:infinityBox but sample on hand i try one more time and post result.
