PLS IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY OF INSTALLING INFINITY BOX RATHER THAN FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS ORDER FROM INFINTY SUPPORT BUT UNFORTUNATELY AFTER THE INSTALLATION,I GOT THIS ERROR= '11???????????????????????????????????????'is not a valid integer value. WHILE TRYING TO OPEN IT.TRIEDTHIS ON MANY CPU BUT SAME PROBLEM... PLS COULD ANYONE TELL ME WHERE AM WRONG..... THANX IN ADVANCE. REGARDS. |

Member: 82693 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 12 | 1.INSTALLED "infinity-box_Drivers_v1(1).2 2.I WENT TO C:\Program Files\InfinityBox\Drivers\e-gate_W2k_XP and installed "SETUP" 3.CONNECT THE BOX,FOUND NEW HARDWARE AND INSTALLED THE DRIVERS FROM C:\Program Files\InfinityBox\Drivers\Cable. 4.INSTALLED InfinitySetupMain_v2.8a 5.OPEN THE SOFT AND GET THIS ERROR= '11???????????????????????????????????????'is not a valid integer value. PLS TELL ME WHERE AM WRONG. REGARDS. |

It can't be true that you see the same error on different PC (many CPU, as you told), I can't believe in this situation because I never have seen any problem like yours, especially for many different PC. Please, make DETAILED and HONEST description, STEP-BY-STEP description what you do, what Infinity-Box software you run, what you see on screen etc. Also, how it was happened that box stop to work now ? How it was happened that it worked before and stopped to work now ? One more thing: you MUST READ INSTALLATION instruction !!! If you already read it you must see pictures (yes, pictures, not only words) that help you verify installation process. If you did not read it - you just play but not work and your problem description looks like a joke. So, please, be serious, read installation manual (yes, yes I know that professional PC users never read manuals, but I ask again: please read) and follow installation instruction. After installation you will be surprised with results. If you don't know where to get instruction please follow this way: 1. visit http://www.infinity-box.biz 2. select "support" and read explanation what to do If still no luck: make explanation that can be easy-to understand even for stupid me |

@InfinitySupport. i serously take my time and study the installation procedure.....followed it strictly only to find out its all the same problem,only what i noticed again now is that i always get the error when i try to check "Auto" after successfuly open the soft.......clicking the "Auto" to pick the wanted port,i got the error. also as i have said earlier that i have tried it on different systems and still get the same error.....am still stand firm on this. pls if there is any help again......i will appriciate. thanx in advance.
