Hi, I have just bought Infinity 2year support including CMII ,and whe I try to start SM module I get the message:

Curent firmware versin: 0100
Requires firmware version: 0101
Download "DongleManager" from support area and update Dongle firmware!

when I try to update firmware with DongleManager I get this:

I just have found the answer from support area: This module is a paid one from 2018-Jul-01
didn't knew this...

sir sm module is not include 2 years activation cm2 . sm is another active need 80 cradite for lifetime validity thanks

`SM` is a separate software.
