J330FN unlock Error -1??
Unlock J330fn even I put the correct user and password generated by IOS server the soft shows :

Wrong User Name or Password ( ERROR : -1 )

What can be the problem please?

Auth failed in this case is bad connection with client and server. Try check firewall or inet then try again. We have no issues on server .
