just got answer from DT Samsung Team

problem with DTSamsung server is fixed, you may start unlocking now . sorry for the trouble . its the first time we faced this issue in 4 months .
if credit was cut , try to unlock again and unlock will be done without credit cut again

For same imei or can you use different imei ?

i unlock 2 phone g530h first time try its fail but take one credit after server fix i wii try unlock again 1 credit loss so i two times loss one one credit i already post log pls team refund my 2 credits
