SCR MODULE Select correct file! Need help - GSM-Forum

Phone with user password as i reported SCR MODULE Cant read password for this BOOT[SC6531 : REV : C000 : NOR]
I flashed with different model now phone DEAD,I want to write its dump back i get this Error : Load file error! Neither PAC or BINARY file!
SCR module support BIN and PAC files as FlashFile! Select correct file!
