Just got the phone and i can't make backup or format. is a deAD PHONE

hello!

resolder flash IC or if you dont have enough skills- just heat it and repeat procedure

Did that And FULLFLASH BACKUP successful. but still the same problem when formating or flashing.

might be flash internal fault, unrepeairable by resoldering.
