1. Run Infinity-Box Shell
2. Go to "Settings" page
3. Be sure that you have connected to Internet
4. Press "Update support area/connection settings" link
5. Wait several seconds
6. Go to "Support area" page
7. Select support area mirror from updated list
8. Press "Enter support/downlaod area" button

try to turn off any kind of firewall blocking dongle manager or ur antivirus might b blocking it

Hello,

You must disable your firewall (or antivirus) or give enough access rights to DongleManager.exe
Also you can try to use another Internet provider, f.e. you can try to connect to Internet via GPRS, Internet traffic for dongle upgrade process is very small.
