i have tha same issue, we need to get the fullflash in order to alive phone, previously the phone was lock .

and now displayed NVRAM only when powered one , when trying to flash phone with the both Support SFR 151, phone still dead so we need some one who can upload the fullflash file of SFR 151 .

Dear Top Man

please kindly flash the phone with below flash file

SFR-151_M23_Z525_C136_HW3_SW2_PCB01_GPRS_MT6223P_S00[1].Z525_C136_HW3_SW2_V7_05_2010-09-11_En_Fr_Es.B0M from infinity support size 5.888Mb

now my phone is working whell after alive phone i following below procedure to unlock .

Unlock solution for Sfr 151 without flash "use cable Gw300 or Gm750
phone must be turned on
1-open MModule and select Sfr 151
2- put this imei: 353578040071688 in imei tab and press write
3- turn on phone with non accepted sim card and put this code when ask: 91812638
4- Phone is unlocked and now just restore original imei

if not working i will send you the link of fullflash i already read it and ready to be uploaded on rapidshare

i tray to unlock this phone , now is dead
rewrite original full flash backup and 2flash files + eeprom downland from support area but steel dead .
i think need full flash ,and all link is dead
