my hua dongle dont open when i try.

i have infinity with activation for hua.... my best is perfect, but, when i try use hua dongle, fail and error I(4)

i try install other driver on other topic, but, dont correct

please help me , i need fix a lot cellphones

I solved it like this:
1- I installed all the best drivers
2 - inside the computer manager, where we read the memory card readers, I switched to usb token hub
3 I updated the dongle through the dongle manager best.
4 magic done

I have same problem with Hua activation for infinity box SMART CARD FAILURE(4)
