hello, this morning i connect my box to try to unlock a phone and the infinity program says DONGLE NOT FOUND so i take the smartcard off the box and inserted in BEST DONGLE, when i connect, dongle green light blink and also the infinity program do not detect my scard, i sure that my scard it's dead and i just want to know if i buy a new box can i transfer my SPT activation that i just made?

PD> i got the serial number of dead scard.

Hello,

If you buy new box , Yes you can transfer all existing Activation from old box to new box

Hello,

Yes, sure, we can transfer activations.
You have to provide to us your old box S/N and new box S/N and we will move all activations from old card to new one.
