hi again infinity support
i read Automatic pinout detection: Troubleshooting
and check pinfinder and cable my box for all phone is ok
but cant find c6000 rx tx because c6000 have a back up batt in phone after holding power button for find rx tx phone is power on and pinfinder cant detect rx tx

iam also read Automatic pinout detection, pinfinder and cable all phone is ok. but if you connect or not(with pinfinder) phone will come power without battery.

i just dont get how it become On if it is powered from box? because when yu doing automatic pinout search power is delivered to phone with short pulses.
they are not enough to power On phone

hi

This phone has 2 battery one is normal like all other phone and one is internal battery from which it takes power in case
1st battery is drained or removed . i tried all methods i even disabled the internal battery but could not find the pin
