SPD Module 01.14 Error
 
after install new version of SPD Module it ask me to update my dongle
but i hav one month support period left
do i need to update my box
tell me what to do.

If you have support period left upgrade your Dongle with latest Dongle Manager.

First make sure your dongle has active support period.
Use latest Dongle Manager and disable your Antivirus and/or Firewall and try again.
