Try init memory tool.
Erase.. Let say - LK
Close memtool.
Try start device.
Init again. Check, is LK partition empty/erased?

yes after wipe LK and again init memory tool now it show empty and set dead and after that again write LK set again on and restart

i also flashed with cm2mt2 flashing is ok and no error
