Suppot login problem please help


Hello infinity kindly help me about this matter even support manager installed and follow instructions still login problem to download area
THNKS


1. You must download and use latest Support Manager to login in support area !
2. Connect Dongle/Box to PC.
3. Install Support Manager and follow Support area link.

If you cant enter in support area this means that you must download New Support Manager and try again.



Login in Demo mode to see support area functionality.

- If you can't login into support area: send e-mail with this info to [email protected]
- If you have problems during start software at first time: upgrade dongle firmware.

I just can say that for this kind of stupid user's activity (post in forum dongle S/N, login and password to support area) other box supporters simply block access to support area and block dongles.

p.s.
I don't see any problems with your dongles (but read again text above).
And how about to follow my previous advice ?
